  An employee with apparently terrible judgment denied my boyfriends I.D. He is a 26 year old man who shouldn't have to worry about "the NY state law" when it comes to showing his own proper identification. The employee took a mere glance at his license and with a snide gaze back said, "this isn't you." I admire her adamance. This girl looked like she was just barely old enough to qualify for a job to begin with and feels she was using her better judgment in denying a clearly of age man. The manager says she couldn't do anything if the employee already denied him. How insulting, inconvenient, and rude. I knew Stewart's was a degrading corporation before but this will be a location we will never return to. At least try to show some sympathy even if you must deny him and encourage better customer service next time. "Your eyes aren't hazel." Excuse me? I hope this employee soon learns what it means to provide excellent customer service even when her superiority complex gets in the way as she's looking for people using fakes or whatever notion she believes. She must know using improper identification well if she is so paranoid to deny the real ones! This might seem like a petty issue to write such a review but you'll never know how upset this interaction actually made my boyfriend. I do not appreciate it. I bet your employee feels like a hero after that! Do better, how hard can that job be?
